Install the sensor in the place where the temperature needs to be detected (usually installed in the winding), do not let the sensor lead wire bear the tension, the lead wire should be connected in the motor junction box, and the shielding wire should be grounded (connected to the motor shell). When using a platinum resistance temperature sensor, it should be noted that there should be good insulation between the temperature sensing elements (double structure) and between the temperature sensing element and the ground, otherwise it will directly affect the accuracy of the measurement results, and even affect the instrument. of normal operation.
